Businesses hire specific people for their specific talents, that match with the specifi needs of that busniess at that time. there is NO guarantee of employment.
That being said, however, most, if not all, of our students leave our program with such a wide variety of computer skills, that they are able to find jobs in a short amount of time which allow them to apply those skills. Students who come to us with some experience from another field, can capitalize on that and find a position which draws on their previous skills and their new computer skills. Exceptional students have found jobs right out of school at Microsoft, Lucid8, Agilent, and other high-tech firms. Other students have started in entry-level positions, such as help-desk or software-testing positions, and then worked their way up from there.
Certain higher-levels positions may require a 4 year degree. If you are aiming at one of these, consider completing our program, and then transfering to one of the private unfiversitites in the area to complete your 4 year degree.
